Wellness, and Focus Groups  for self enrichment is Calibrate C&C's unique compassionate  initiative:   Perhaps you aren't sure if counselling is what you need, yet  questions about life changing matters persist? Our confidential group sessions happen in person and online. They are  composed in a manner which offers safe space to consult on a wide range of topics. Theocentric group counselling  occurs weekly, while additional groups are offered in rotation all year long.    Here are a few group focused  paradigms in which Calibrate C&C offers our specialized service:

NAVIGATOR- group focuses on traversing and peaceably managing difficult  or challenging relationships (personal or professional).

 

CONCISE- group focuses on effective and purposeful communication; communication skills and strategies (for individuals, families and/or couples).

LANDING- group focuses on the psycho social processes  of acculturation, and cultural orientation; excellent group for Canadian New Comers,  new or graduate level students.

DISCIPLESHIP- group focuses on wide range of spiritual and faith based topics, designed to help participants make stronger personal application of holy text in their personal lives.  This group is available  to individuals who desire to develop in their relationship with God in Christ.

 

GROW- group focuses on the theocentric elements of our personhood, and spiritual care approached through a Wesleyan World-View, and is available throughout the year in partnership with the local church.  Attendance to this group is free.  Call to enquire.

Supportive focus groups are proven to develop and enhance personal wellness. Calibrate's confidential group enrichment  is  available online or in person.
